Text

After an agency issues a notice of termination of a Green Permit in the manner provided in ORS 468.516, the operator of the facility shall have 30 days to apply for any permit or approval affected by the termination of all or a portion of the Green Permit. An application filed during the 30-day period shall be considered a timely application for renewal of a permit under the terms of the applicable law.
