Text

(1)Any person proposing to apply for certification for tax relief under ORS 468.155 to 468.190 may apply, before the completion of a pollution control facility, for precertification of the facility with the Environmental Quality Commission.
(2)(a) The application shall be made in writing in a form prescribed by the Department of Environmental Quality. The application shall contain the following information:
(A)A statement of the purpose of prevention, control or reduction of air, water or noise pollution or solid or hazardous waste or recycling or appropriate disposal of used oil served or to be served by the facility.
(B)A description of the materials for incorporation into the facility or incorporated into the facility, machinery and equipment to be made or made a part of the facility
