Text

(1)On written request of the Director of the Department of Environmental Quality or the authorized representative of the director, the Oregon Department of Administrative Services shall draw warrants on amounts appropriated to the Department of Environmental Quality for operating expenses for use by the department as a revolving fund. The revolving fund shall not exceed the aggregate sum of $10,000 including unreimbursed advances. The revolving fund shall be deposited with the State Treasurer to be held in a special account against which the department may draw checks.
(2)The revolving fund may be used by the department to pay for travel expenses, or advances therefor, for employees of the department and for any consultants or advisers for whom payment of travel expenses is authorized by
