The requirements of ORS chapters 92, 195, 197 and 197A and other state and local laws for the sale or deeding of land do not apply to:
(1)Any portion of a hazardous waste disposal site deeded to the state as a condition of issuance of a hazardous waste disposal site license under ORS 466.150 (1) (1985 Replacement Part) that the state deeds back to the licensee.
(2)Any real property deeded to the state as a condition of issuance of a PCB disposal facility license under ORS 466.320 (1) (1985 Replacement Part) that the state deeds back to the licensee.
