Text

An organization shall not be eligible to obtain or retain a license to conduct a bingo, lotto, raffle or Monte Carlo event operation if it does not exercise, or if it ceases to exercise, independent control over its activities and budget. However, an organization shall not be ineligible for a license merely because it is chartered by or affiliated with another organization, so long as it exercises independent control over its activities and budget.
