Out of the funds available to the Oregon State Lottery Commission to meet the administrative expenses of the Oregon State Lottery, the lottery commission shall employ or contract for at least three undercover enforcement officers to enforce the prohibition on gray machines imposed by ORS 162.305, 164.377, 166.715, 167.117, 167.164, 167.166, 461.210, 461.215, 461.217, 461.400, 461.445, 461.535, 461.548, 461.725 and 464.250.
