Text
No contract for a major procurement with any lottery vendor shall be entered into if any control person of that lottery vendor has been convicted of a crime, unless, after investigation, the finding of the commission determines that the crime bears no relationship to the lottery vendor’s ability to perform honestly in carrying out the contract.
