Text
The Assistant Director for Security appointed pursuant to the Constitution of the State of Oregon and this chapter shall be responsible for a security division to assure integrity, security, honesty and fairness in the operation and administration of the Oregon State Lottery, including but not limited to, an examination of the background of all prospective employees, lottery game retailers, lottery vendors and lottery contractors. The Assistant Director for Security shall be qualified by training and experience, including at least five years of law enforcement experience, and knowledge and experience in computer security, to fulfill these responsibilities.
