Notice of adoption of an urban renewal plan required under ORS 457.095 and notice of filing of an annual financial statement required under ORS 457.460 shall be published in the newspaper, as defined in ORS 193.010, having the greatest circulation in the municipality and which is published within the municipality. If no newspaper is published within the municipality, the required notice shall be published in the newspaper having greatest circulation within the municipality published nearest to the municipality.
