Text
(1)The Oil-Heated Dwellings Energy Account is established in the State Treasury, separate and distinct from the General Fund. Interest earned by the Oil-Heated Dwellings Energy Account shall be credited to the account.
(2)Moneys in the Oil-Heated Dwellings Energy Account are continuously appropriated to the Housing and Community Services Department to be used only for the purposes specified in ORS 456.595 (2).
(3)The department shall keep a record of all moneys deposited in the Oil-Heated Dwellings Energy Account.
