(1)There is established separate and distinct from the General Fund an account to be known as the Manufactured Dwelling Parks Account. Moneys in the account are continuously appropriated to the Housing and Community Services Department for the purpose of carrying out the duties and responsibilities imposed upon the department under ORS 90.800 to 90.850 and 456.581 and this section. Interest earned on the account is credited to the account.
