Text

(1)The Housing and Community Services Department shall develop a comprehensive state plan for responding to the needs of very low income, low income and moderate income Oregonians for housing and services, with the goal of providing affordable housing. The department shall ensure that the development, annual updating and implementation of the state housing plan involve substantial interagency coordination among appropriate federal, state and local entities. The department shall provide the Oregon Housing Stability Council with adequate opportunity to review and provide input on the state housing plan to the department prior to the development, annual updating and implementation of the state housing plan.
(2)The state housing plan shall contain, at a minimum:
