Text

(1)The Housing and Community Services Department shall develop and administer or contract for the management of a voluntary collection of information to be known as the state’s manufactured dwelling site information clearinghouse. The manufactured dwelling site information clearinghouse shall collect, coordinate and prepare information for distribution in response to telephone or written requests.
(2)The information the manufactured dwelling site information clearinghouse collects, coordinates and distributes shall:
(a)Be voluntary;
(b)Be available to manufactured dwelling site residents, owners, managers and the public; and
(c)Concern the information described in ORS 456.429.
