Text

Building permits or certificates of occupancy validly issued before July 1, 1974, regarding buildings or structures being constructed or altered pursuant thereto, shall be valid thereafter and the construction may be completed pursuant to the building permit, unless the building official determines that life or property is in jeopardy.
