Text
All moneys received by the Department of Consumer and Business Services pursuant to ORS 455.457 and 455.471 shall be paid into the State Treasury and credited to the appropriate specialty code account under this chapter or ORS 479.510 to 479.945. All moneys deposited in the accounts under this section are continuously appropriated to the department to carry out the provisions of ORS 455.455 to 455.463, 455.471, 455.473, 455.477 and 455.897 and section 10, chapter 1045, Oregon Laws 1999.
