Text
(1)In addition to any other liability or penalty provided by law, the Oregon Health Authority may impose a civil penalty on a person for violation of:
(2)A civil penalty imposed under this section may not exceed $2,000.
(3)ORS 183.745 applies to civil penalties imposed under this section.
