Text

(1)Every person who possesses a hazardous substance shall keep at its registered place of business complete and accurate records for each facility of any hazardous substance purchased by, or brought in or caused to be brought in to the facility, or stored, used or manufactured at the facility.
(2)The State Fire Marshal or an authorized representative of the State Fire Marshal, upon oral or written reasonable notice, may make such examinations of the books, papers, records and equipment required to be kept under this section as it may deem necessary in carrying out the provisions of ORS 453.396 to 453.414.
