Text
(1)When requested in writing by the State Fire Marshal, the Oregon Department of Administrative Services shall draw a warrant on the State Fire Marshal Fund in favor of the State Fire Marshal for use as a revolving fund. The State Treasurer shall hold the revolving fund in a special account against which the State Fire Marshal may draw checks.
(2)The State Fire Marshal may use the revolving fund for the purposes specified in ORS 453.386 and 453.388.
(3)All claims by the State Fire Marshal for reimbursement of advances paid from the revolving fund are subject to approval by the Oregon Department of Administrative Services. When such claims have been approved, a warrant covering them shall be drawn in favor of the State Fire Marshal, charged against the appropriate funds and accounts and
