Text
A water system that does not comply with the rules and standards of the Oregon Health Authority shall be operated only after the water supplier has received a permit for the system from the authority if:
(1)The authority has not granted a variance from standards as provided under ORS 448.135 to the water supplier; and
(2)The water system is providing water that does not meet maximum contaminant standards as determined by an investigation conducted by the authority under ORS 448.150.
