Text
(1)Any individual, or any director, officer, or agent of a corporation who knowingly and willfully violates ORS 446.003 to 446.200, 446.225 to 446.285 or 446.310 to 446.350 in a manner which threatens the health or safety of any purchaser commits a Class A misdemeanor.
(2)Violation of ORS 446.345 is punishable upon conviction as a Class B misdemeanor.
