(2)An escrow agent may charge the person owning the manufactured structure under the replacement ownership document a reasonable fee for services provided in compliance with ORS 446.591 and 446.596.
(3)In addition to any other remedy provided by law, a person may bring an action against an escrow agent for damages sustained by the person due to the negligence or willful misconduct of the escrow agent in complying with ORS 446.591 and 446.596.
