Text
The Tourist Facility Account is established in the General Fund of the State Treasury. All moneys received under ORS 446.310 to 446.350 by the Director of the Oregon Health Authority shall be credited to the Tourist Facility Account. All moneys in the account are appropriated continuously to the Oregon Health Authority for the purpose of administering and enforcing ORS 446.310 to 446.350.
