Text
(1)The directors of a health district shall, at the time of their organization, choose from their number a chairperson, a secretary and a treasurer, who shall hold their offices until their successors are elected and qualified.
(2)These officers shall have, respectively, the powers and shall perform the duties usual in such cases.
(3)A majority shall constitute a quorum to do business and, in the absence of the chairperson, any other member may preside at any meeting.
