Text
Any representative of a religious denomination, householder, nurse, parent, guardian or other person attending to, or in any way having knowledge of the existence of a case of pulmonary tuberculosis, including the affected person, must immediately report the fact to the Oregon Health Authority. The names and addresses of all persons reported as having pulmonary tuberculosis shall be recorded with the authority.
