Text
(1)Physicians, nurse midwives, naturopathic physicians and other licensed health care professionals who provide prenatal and postnatal care to patients may provide to each patient, and family members of the patient, if appropriate, the informational materials published by the Oregon Health Authority under ORS 431A.675 or other maternal mental health education materials that are approved by the authority.
(2)Hospitals and other health care facilities that provide maternity care may give postnatal and post-pregnancy loss patients, and family members of the patients, if appropriate, prior to the discharge of the patient, the informational materials published by the authority under ORS 431A.675 or other maternal mental health education materials that are approved by the authority.
