Text
(1)The Oregon Health Authority shall establish an acquired immune deficiency syndrome program:
(a)To provide education and prevention services to its clients; and
(b)To provide education and prevention services to the public.
(2)Programs authorized by this section may be operated by the authority directly or under contract with public and private agencies.
