(1)An individual may not perform or offer to perform lead-based paint activities unless the individual is certified as provided under ORS 431A.355.
(2)A firm may not perform or offer to perform a renovation for compensation unless the firm is certified as provided under ORS 431A.355.
(3)A firm may not perform or offer to perform lead-based paint activities unless the firm is certified as provided under ORS 431A.355.
