Text

(1)Amounts collected by the Department of Revenue pursuant to agreements entered into under ORS 431A.212 shall be paid to the State Treasurer to be held in a suspense account established under ORS 293.445.
(2)From moneys held in the suspense account, the department shall make transfers to the Oregon Health Authority and local public health authorities as required by ORS 431A.212.
(3)Amounts necessary to make transfers as described in subsection (2) of this section are continuously appropriated to the department from the suspense account.
