Text
During each biennium, the Oregon Health Authority shall prepare a report regarding the awarding of grants from the Tobacco Use Reduction Account and the formation of public-private partnerships in connection with the receipt of funds from the account. The authority shall present the report to the Governor and to those committees of the Legislative Assembly to which matters of public health are assigned.
