Text

(1)Any person who may be adversely affected by the failure of a county court to adopt a resolution as required by ORS 431.715 (1) may seek to compel the adoption of such resolution through a writ of mandamus under ORS 34.105 to 34.240.
(2)The prevailing party in a proceeding under ORS 34.105 to 34.240 authorized by subsection (1) of this section is entitled to reasonable attorney fees in addition to costs and necessary disbursements.
