Text
Public records, as defined in ORS 192.005, of local health departments and community mental health clinics may be destroyed or otherwise disposed of in accordance with rules prescribed by the State Archivist, except that public records may not be required to be maintained for more than seven years from the date of the last entry for purposes of preserving evidence for an action, suit or proceeding.
