Text
(1)The Oregon Health Authority may request the Oregon Department of Administrative Services to, and when so requested, the Oregon Department of Administrative Services shall, draw a payment on the Public Health Account in favor of the Director of the Oregon Health Authority in a sum not exceeding $25,000, which sum shall be used by the director as an emergency or revolving fund.
(2)The emergency or revolving fund shall be deposited with the State Treasurer, and shall be at the disposal of the director. It may be used to pay advances for salaries, travel expenses or any other proper claim against, or expense of, the authority or the health-related licensing boards for whom the authority provides accounting services.
