Text
The provisions of any law restricting the use, possession, control or administration of a controlled substance shall not apply to any physician, pharmacist or other person while participating in the program authorized by ORS 430.560 (1)(c) so long as the physician, pharmacist or other person complies with provisions of ORS 430.560 and this section and the rules of the Oregon Health Authority made pursuant to ORS 430.560 and this section.
