Text

(1)The Oregon Criminal Justice Commission shall monitor the progress of and evaluate program outcomes for applicants that receive grant funds as part of the Oregon Behavioral Health Deflection Program established under ORS 430.430.
(2)Beginning no later than November 1, 2025, the commission shall annually report, in the manner described in ORS 192.245, the findings of the evaluation described in subsection (1) of this section to the relevant interim committees of the Legislative Assembly.
