Text

The Oregon Criminal Justice Commission and the Oregon Health Authority may work together to include coordinated care organizations in the Improving People’s Access to Community-based Treatment, Supports and Services Program, as permitted by state and federal law, in a way that provides incentives for coordinated care organizations to provide comprehensive community supports and services, as defined in ORS 430.230, to their members who have mental health or substance use disorders and be appropriately reimbursed for the costs of the supports and services.
