Text

(1)The Department of Human Services shall ensure that employment services, as defined in ORS 427.101, provided to individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities are designed to help the individuals obtain competitive integrated employment, as defined in ORS 427.005.
(2)The department may not fund employment services that occur in a sheltered work setting, as that term is defined by rule by the department.
