§ 423.100 — Revolving fund

Text

(1)On written request of the Department of Corrections, the Oregon Department of Administrative Services shall establish a revolving fund of not to exceed $15,000, including unreimbursed advances, by drawing warrants on amounts appropriated to the Department of Corrections for operating expenses. The revolving fund shall be deposited with the State Treasurer, to be held in a special account against which the department may draw checks.
(2)The revolving fund established under subsection (1) of this section may be used by the department to pay for:
(a)Travel expenses for employees of the department and for any consultants or advisors for whom payment of travel expenses is authorized by law, or advances therefor;
(b)Purchases not exceeding $100 each, which may be required from time to tim
