In addition to the advisory council required by ORS 421.347, the administrator may establish, by the issuance of a policy directive or order, one or more advisory committees, bodies or advisors to advise and assist Oregon Corrections Enterprises in discharging its functions and duties as prescribed by section 41, Article I of the Oregon Constitution, and ORS 192.355, 421.305, 421.312, 421.344 to 421.367, 421.412, 421.442, 421.444 and 421.445. The administrator may authorize the payment of expenses, as provided in ORS 292.495, to the members of any advisory committee or body established under this section.
