Text

The Department of Corrections shall establish, maintain and publish on the department’s website a publicly accessible data dashboard detailing the following information:

(1)The race, age and misconduct status of each adult in custody placed in a disciplinary segregation unit.
(2)The duration for which each adult in custody placed in a disciplinary segregation unit stays in the disciplinary segregation unit.
(3)The duration for which each adult in custody, after completing a placement in a disciplinary segregation unit, remains in the general population before returning to a disciplinary segregation unit.
(4)The level of misconduct providing the basis for the adult in custody to return to the disciplinary segregation unit under subsection (3) of this section.
