Text

(1)In addition to any other liability or penalty provided by law, the Director of the Oregon Youth Authority shall impose a civil penalty, as provided in ORS 183.745, on an adjudicated youth foster home, as defined in ORS 420.888, that violates ORS 420.891.
(2)A civil penalty under subsection (1) of this section is $500 for each violation.
