Text
It is declared to be the policy and intent of the Legislative Assembly that the State of Oregon shall encourage, aid and financially assist its county governments and public and private agencies in the establishment and development of youth care centers for youths found to be in need of care and rehabilitation pursuant to ORS 419C.446, 419C.450, 419C.478, 419C.481, 419C.486, 419C.489, 419C.492 and 419C.498.
