Text

(1)Whenever an adjudicated youth has been found to be within the jurisdiction of the court under ORS 419C.005 (1) for having committed an act from which it appears that the transmission of body fluids from one person to another as described in ORS 135.139 may have been involved or a sexual act may have occurred, the court shall order the adjudicated youth to submit to blood-borne infection testing as provided in ORS 135.139 if the victim, or parent or guardian of the victim, requests the court to make such an order.
(2)The court may not order the adjudicated youth or the parent or guardian of the adjudicated youth to pay for or reimburse any agency for the cost of the test.
