(1)The Department of Human Services shall, in consultation with the Department of Justice, develop and implement a training and continuing education curriculum for persons who are employed by the Department of Human Services as caseworkers that informs and instructs caseworkers about their roles in juvenile dependency proceedings for children and wards whose matters the caseworkers have responsibility for or for whom the caseworker provides services.
(2)The curriculum shall include instruction and materials presented by Department of Justice attorneys with expertise in juvenile dependency proceedings.
