Text
(1)On its own motion or on the motion of a party, the court may stay the effect of any order or judgment made by it pending appeal as provided in ORS 19.335, 19.340 and 19.350 or other provision of law.
(2)This section does not limit the right of a party to a stay otherwise provided for by law.
