Text

Anyone participating in a case review by a local citizen review board shall have:

(1)Immunity from any liability, civil or criminal, for defamation for statements made in good faith by the participant, orally or in writing, in the course of such case review.
(2)The same immunity with respect to participating in any judicial proceeding resulting from the review or recommendation of a local board to the juvenile court.
