Text
(1)The Governor shall appoint the Youth Development Director, who is responsible for the performance of the duties, functions and powers of the Youth Development Division.
(2)The director shall serve at the pleasure of the Governor.
(3)The director shall be directly responsible to the Superintendent of Public Instruction.
