Text
(1)In addition to the family support services and goods provided under ORS 417.340 to 417.348 and 417.349, the Department of Human Services shall establish and maintain regional family support networks to provide peer-delivered supports for families of individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities.
(2)The department shall make the services provided through regional family support networks under this section available to families of individuals who are currently receiving or at risk of requiring developmental disability services, as defined in ORS 427.101.
(3)Notwithstanding ORS 430.662, the department may contract directly with community organizations for the provision of regional family support network services.
