Text
(1)The Oregon Health Authority shall provide reimbursement in the state’s medical assistance program for services provided by patient centered primary care homes and behavioral health homes. If practicable, efforts to align financial incentives to support patient centered primary care homes and behavioral health homes for enrollees in medical assistance programs should be aligned with efforts of the learning collaborative described in ORS 413.259 (3).
(2)The authority shall require each coordinated care organization, to the extent practicable, to offer patient centered primary care homes and behavioral health homes that meet the standards established in ORS 414.655.
