Text
(1)The Health Evidence Review Commission shall select one of its members as chairperson and another as vice chairperson, for terms and with duties and powers the commission determines necessary for the performance of the functions of the offices.
(2)A majority of the members of the commission constitutes a quorum for the transaction of business.
(3)The commission shall meet at least four times per year at a place, day and hour determined by the chairperson. The commission also shall meet at other times and places specified by the call of the chairperson or of a majority of the members of the commission. All meetings and deliberations of the commission shall be in accordance with ORS 192.610 to 192.690. The commission may not meet in executive session to hear evidence from an advisory co
