Text

The Director of Human Services, the Director of the Department of Consumer and Business Services and the Director of the Oregon Health Authority may delegate to each other by interagency agreement any duties, functions or powers granted to the Department of Human Services, the Department of Consumer and Business Services or the Oregon Health Authority by law, as the directors deem necessary for the efficient and effective operation of the respective functions of the departments and the authority.
